Here’s everything in this month’s KetoKrate box! There’s 10 keto-friendly snacks including pecans, almond espresso chocolate keto cups, pork rinds, keto bark, cheese crisps, cookies, chocolate bars, keto snack bars, and more! Keep reading for info on each keto snack!
Whisps Parmesan Cheese Crisps
I’ve tried Whisps before and was a fan so I didn’t mind getting a big bag of them in this month’s KetoKrate box! These airy, light & crunchy crisps are made from 100% cheese that’s baked. They have just 1 carb per serving (23 crisps = one serving) and are a great alternative to chips!
Pork King Good Nacho Cheddar Pork Rinds
Next up is a big bag of pork rinds! These Pork King pork rinds aren’t your average rinds since they’re coated with a savory nacho cheddar flavoring. Crunchy and light, these fried pork rinds are a great snack for when you want nachos but not the carbs as they have zero carbs. You can even crunch these up to use them as breadcrumbs to coat pork chops or chicken!
Lenny & Larry’s Keto Cookie
I’ve tried the regular Lenny & Larry’s cookies before but not their keto cookie so I was excited to give this oversized chocolate chip keto cookie a try! Luckily I was not disappointed as this keto cookie is one of the best I’ve tried- it’s soft and chewy and has a subtle chocolate flavor thanks to the semisweet chocolate chips. Each cookie is one serving and has just 3 net carbs. I loved eating this cookie with my cup of afternoon Peet’s k-cup decaf with half & half and stevia. I am totally buying these again!!
Choc Zero Keto Bark in Pecan
Here’s another snack I’ve tried before and loved- Choc Zero chocolate! My husband bought Choc Zero on Amazon awhile ago and was obsessed with it so we were both excited when we saw this bag of their pecan keto bark in the box! Choc Zero contains zero sugar (it’s sweetened with monk fruit), is soy free, and sugar alcohol free. This bag has 6 individually generously sized bars- each of which is considered one serving and has just 3 net carbs! The pieces of pecan add a satisfying crunch to the smooth & creamy milk chocolate. You can do low-carb/keto and have your chocolate too! Highly recommend for those who want a chocolate treat while on a low carb / keto diet!
Ketosis Cups Almond Espresso Chocolate Keto Cups
I avoid caffeine so I had my husband try these Ketosis Cups which contain espresso. I wish I could have tried them because they look so good! Each mini cup is made of cocoa butter, almond butter, coffee beans, salt, and almonds and is sweetened with erythritol and stevia. One cup is considered one serving and has just 2 grams of net carbs. My husband said these definitely gave him an afternoon lift thanks to the coffee beans and have a similar crumbly texture to Taza chocolate.
IQ Bar in Lemon Blueberry
Also in this month’s Keto Krate is a lemon blueberry IQ Bar. This dense and chewy almond and pea-protein based keto snack bar is rich in 6 brain nutrients (lion’s mane, flavonoids, vitamin E, choline, MCT’s, and Omega 3’s), has 11g of plant protein, and 4 grams of net carbs. It has a subtle lemon flavor and is also gluten and dairy-free. Thanks to the lemony muffin-like flavor, I think this bar would be a good breakfast on the go option!
Ketologie Keto Bar in Chocolate Almond Butter
More chocolate and almonds! This chocolate almond butter keto bar by Ketologie contains just 3 grams of net carbs and is another great option to satisfy your sweet tooth while doing keto. This bar contains a whey protein blend with collagen along with almonds, chicory fiber, cocoa butter, cashew butter, coconut oil, sea salt, stevia, and monk fruit extract. It has a crumbly sort of powdery dry texture (i.e., not moist & chewy) which is the downside to this bar. The chocolate flavor is really subtle, more like dark chocolate and the almonds are slightly crunchy like the ones in Atkins brownie bars.
FattBar in Caramel & Sea Salt
Chewy. Jaw exerciser. That’s what comes to mind about this caramel and sea salt FattBar. Despite the crazy chewiness to this bar, it ended up being one of my favorites in this box thanks to the sweet/salty combo of nuts (almonds, macadamia nuts, pecans), sweet caramel, and sea salt. The entire bar has just 2 grams of net carbs, is non-GMO, contains prebiotic fiber, and is totally satisfying once you’ve chewed your way through it lol!
Kiss My Keto Ketogenic Chocolate in Pumpkin Seeds & Sea Salt
This Kiss My Keto chocolate bar is hands down the best keto chocolate that I’ve tried! I can’t resist the salty sweet combo with pumpkin seeds and sea salt, and the texture is so, so smooth- and no funky artificial sweetener taste or anything weird- just luscious, rich chocolate melting in your mouth! This chocolate bar is so good, you’ll think it’s a trick. Bonus- it contains 10% MCTs and 65% cocoa. 1/3rd of the bar equals one serving which has just 1 net carb. If you’re looking for keto-friendly chocolate, grab this and some Choc Zero!
Front Porch Pecans in Sea Salt
Nuts are a great staple snack to have around when you’re doing keto and these Front Porch pecans are another snack that goes in the “best I’ve ever tried” category. These all natural roasted whole pecans are grown in Georgia and are GMO-free plus they have no added sugar and just 1 net gram of carbs per serving (14 pieces = one serving). Even if you don’t like nuts, I dare you to try these and tell me they’re not amazing!
